A glimpse into the Action

Please be sure to fill out an order form for each jersey you are looking to get customized. Have two of the same jersey getting identical kits? Just be sure to put "2 jerseys" in the notes section at the bottom of the form.

We can only accept jerseys that have a completed order form.

Once you've completed your order form(s), please be sure to place it with your jersey(s) when you are ready to send it to us. Once it has arrived to our shop we will send you an email confirming we received your jersey!

When we are towards the end of production/finished we will send you an invoice that you can pay online! You will receive a secured link for payment or put your credit card number on the order form and pay once everything is done. A payment receipt will be sent to you.

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with tracking info for your package. We always appreciate feedback, so if you'd like to send us something once you receive your jersey back we'd love to hear from you!
